Yoga in Vancouver, Surf in Tofino

Oct. 14, 2010

O'Neill Cold Water Classic, Photo by "moi"

It’s a gorgeous almost summery, fall day here on the west coast of Vancouver Island.  I spent part of the morning watching two local surfers, everyone’s favourite Pete DeVries and also Sepp Bruhweiler race into the next round of O’Neill’s Cold Water Classic Surf Competition, which now in it’s second year, is bringing professional surfers from around the world to test out our home breaks here in Canada.

Back in Vancouver, a piece I wrote for Granville Online on “How to find the right type of Yoga for you” with recommendations on the best teachers in the city and where to find them was published today, check it out and please leave your comments.

The seagulls are calling and the water on the bay outside my office window is glistening in the evening sunlight.  Feeling super grateful for simple pleasures today.

peace,

Insiya
