Flaming Maple

Traveling light is not my forte, I am learning to live simply. However, a little bit of organic, massage oil is an essential luxury.  Ayurveda touts the use of oil massage as an effective method to calm the nervous system, especially useful while navigating the stresses of much traveling.  I use it after a shower, and before I hit the sheets and in anticipation of yet another flight.

During the past few months in Asia, I have been in love with Flaming Maple’s Meditation Oil, a soothing blend of hand-crafted, organic botanicals, it is infused with calendula flowers-infused, vitamin E, pure essential oils of geranium, frankinscence and rosewood and red clover flower essence carried in a base of extra virgin olive and apricot kernel oils.

A 4 oz. bottle is US $14.90.  Purchase and learn more about Flaming Maple here.

I wanted to share an incredible source on Ayurveda, the ancient medical science of Natural Healing. This site has free educational content, videos, articles, and learning tools. I was amazed to see that this ayurvedic school has online videos of their classes for FREE! … to visit their website click on or copy:
